Camilo Achury, DDS
Excellence is my passion. When we can bring someone to a state of optimal health, that is a great reward for both patient and doctor. In the past 25 years, my life has become richer because of the relationships I’ve made with my patients. I feel truly grateful for having the opportunity to serve my patients and am thankful every day for the trust they place in me and my team.

- Doctorate of Dental Surgery – Georgetown University
I believe strongly in continuing education, and regularly attend courses in continuing education as a way to stay up to date with the latest advancements in dentistry, from general procedures to advanced restorative care. I also participate in a number of professional and charitable organizations, all offering continuing education opportunities, including the:
- American Dental Association
- Academy of General Dentistry
- Queens County Dental Society
- Spanish American Medical Dental Society
Outside the office
Born in Colombia, I was raised in New York and have now lived in Queens for over 25 years, where I reside with my wife and two children. While my free time is often spent bicycling, jogging, playing racquetball, and traveling, the most important thing in my life is my family.
